    Pros

    Some of the team members

    Cons

Your day would change as the managers would place you where they feel you operate best. Food come in ready packed plastic bags and boxes, we just put together on the bench in high speed. Management was not the best, if you were not working fast enough you would be harassed in front of other coworkers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the managers changing the schedule without telling us and then getting mad at us for not showing up. The pay was not worth it, and the amount of drama brought in by the employees was highly unprofessional. They put too much on you for you to be a "team member". My experience was non appreciative and not properly adhered to by the degree I feel it should for an employee of so long and under the influence of so many different employees and management due to turn over rate of employees that can't put up with so many different changes and job accountability. Overall bad experience and I only worked there to fund my student life.

    Pros

There’s always something to do, timers are used to keep from forgetting when it’s time to perform a duty, free lunch, The opportunity to move up quickly, you can learn a many new skills, organization (when workers actually organize correctly), the uniforms FINALLY changed!

    Cons

There is LOADS of favoritism, some of the managers are very rude and disrespectful, if you are at a crappy shop (like mine) you get over worked, schedules can be all over the place at times, lack of communication, some managers don’t adhere to the Pret standards, there are roles for a reason yet some managers like to make the workers do the jobs of other roles, weekly pay= difficulty with saving money, some key roles are underpaid, sometimes managers are not open to listening to their employees’ concerns without attitude
