    I worked at Pret A Manger full-time

    Pros

Working at Pret was an enjoyable opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and interact with a large number or customers and coworkers.

    Cons

A lot of unnecessary pressure is placed on employees to meet rigid and sometimes excessive standards. Sometimes scheduling issues.

    Advice to Management

I would advise that less stress is placed on the team members of the shop as well as those in Key Roles.
