Free food during your lunch break. If you are a closer, you get to take some food home.
Cons
Poor communication on behalf of the managers. The turnover rates are high, meaning that pret is constantly understaffed. Consequently, the workers who do decide to stay with the company is inundated with tasks, gets overworked easily, and constantly feels burned out. Managers also do not take proper safety measures to ensure that employees are protected from this virus.

There are no positives to work at Pret.
Cons
No value of individuals at all, your constantly told you are replaceable. Don't expect to ever leave on time and you won't get paid for overtime. We heard that the CEO got payrise and massive bonus during 2021 when he cut our pay. So many of us are angry and hurt. Many left pret I needed this reality boost to finally leave as well. Very hurtful and exhausting experience.

Pret has great values and a great culture. Their values of sharing joy, growing together and welcoming everyone holds true in their office and shops. The food is freshly made, the training is very helpful and they are opening to listening to all feedback and creating a positive change.
