    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Pretty Girl full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meet great coworkers and people that are willing to work. Dealing with the customers

    Cons

Horrible company to work for. Very unprofessional. Management talks to you like you are retarted. Every one of the upper management has different views of what the store should look like. They tell you what to do then when the owner comes they deny they told you anything. The pay is terrible. They pay everyone the same pay from stock to sales to store management. They are a family that is drunk with power.

    Advice to Management

Pay people on time. Offer direct deposit, stop paying people off the books, give a actual pay structure, Make the company a democracy and not a dictatorship.

    Cons

No pay raises, no room to move up in management, very unfair working conditions. Unless your a college student or desperate that you'll work for minimum wage 20 hours a week they treat you like crap!

    Advice to Management

Learn to treat your employees like workers and not slaves!! That's why we had the Civil War!!
