Pros

Predictive analytics space is growing and Prevedere has a unique solution and market opportunity in this space. The value of the solution is well understood by top-level executives at customers/prospects as well as partners. I see this momentum continuing to grow exponentially. People in the company are highly professional and respectful and they have a high sense of ownership. It's a small company so everybody is eager to contribute to making the company better they are open to new ideas/approaches. People feel supported by their managers and colleagues.

Cons

Cross-functional processes are not very well defined, sometimes causing frustration. But the company recognizes this, and they have brought in experienced leaders in the last 3-6 months to lead business functions and improve processes and collaboration.

Cons

Company executives speak of living by its values but lies thru their teeth everytime they open their mouth. My colleagues see right through it: thinking to themselves and among us, can you believe (lies) what he just said? Customer satisfaction in the tubes at key customers and executives quickly play the blame game.
