Pros
Very collaborative, collegial environment. No office politics or egos -- everyone is hard-working and committed to doing their jobs. Positive, inclusive company culture. Family-friendly; work/life balance is encouraged. Women and people of color are recognized and promoted. Good management & exec leadership. No toxic types or slackers. Company has the right incentive structures in place to make sure goals are aligned across the organization. Generous pay + bonus and solid benefits package.
Cons
Apparently there was a re-org back in 2018-19 that moved some employees out who were not able to get aligned with the new direction of the company. They were not happy about this, and posted bad reviews on Glassdoor. However none of the negative things they mentioned have been a part of my experience. Seems like reviews since 2020 are all positive, and this has been my experience as well.

Pros
The company has a very open and welcoming culture, with everyone being super nice. It is very fast paced and your work will be valued and recognized.
Cons
Although fast paced and interesting is good, sometimes if feels like you are trying to stop a river and you have 10 hours of work with 8 hours to do it.

Pros
As a software startup that is focused on growth, there are plenty of opportunities to move around career wise. I have been able to build my skill set within the sales department, pre-sales, analytical services and marketing. As the company has grown in size, this has opened up even more opportunities to move up. The flexible work remote schedule was something that was part of Prevedere's culture before the pandemic and will continue after it, which is a positive for those with families and those who want to move or are not near a Prevedere office. The culture is collaborative, with the energy of a software startup.
Cons
No direct Cons. With any small company, sometimes the quick pace of change can be difficult, and I have seen some colleagues have a hard time adapting. You have to enjoy the sort of "startup" mentality and work ethic here, and appreciate new challenges.

Pros
The company, product, and market opportunity are improving every day at Prevedere. The transition from start-up to scaling growth is now in place, and it is creating a fun and fast paced work environment.
Cons
You are definitely accountable and can't hide in the company. Each person really impacts the outcome of every deal and customer.

Pros
The effects of Covid as well as listening closely to our customers has enabled our functional leadership groups to better align on our company's mission and go-forward strategy. And thanks to scaling improvements on the back-end we now have a truly differentiated, world-class product and related services. If you're looking to surround yourself with smart and talented people, look no further. This place is full of it.
Cons
Prevedere does not operate like a traditional 9-5 company, and can at times present a fast paced work environment, which some may dislike or find challenging. Be prepared to hit the ground running.

Pros
Prevedere is a growing startup with a compelling software and story. I spent almost 3 years at Prevedere and feel I have a great understanding of the product and culture. You have to remember that Prevedere is still in its growth stage and still learning to put processes together. I feel that some of the previous negative reviews are from those individuals that came from larger organizations and were frustrated with the slow growth. You have a lot of opportunities to grow and learn from your peers here. Make your mark. Working for a start-up especially in their growth stage it should be exciting, risky, and fun. If you are just starting your career...study up on the technology and industry. If you have an established career bring in your knowledge from those larger organizations to build the structure that is needed for you and your team to be successful. Prevedere might be the most exciting company you've ever worked for but also the most challenging. If you're an AE you have the opportunity to be the CEO of your own territory and work on some exciting problems with enterprise businesses. Leadership has seen many changes over the years but this has all been for the greater good of the organization. I closely worked with all of leadership and have nothing bad to say. Each and every one of them have been professional, helpful, and offered me guidance throughout my career at Prevedere. Many of the reviews that portray leadership seem to be attacking them personally for their personality traits. We all could work on those right? Either way, to me it always seemed they had the companies best interest in mind. Work/Life balance is great. You only get out what you put into this opportunity...make it count.
Cons
Prevedere struggles with structure and process. Sometimes it feels like you're in the wild wild west but that is to be expected from a company that is still learning to identify its market fit. This could be an opportunity for skilled AE's or other career paths to put in place structure where needed. Collaboration is openly accepted here so don't be afraid to come with a solution to your problems.
