Great place to work if you want to be empowered and grow

    Pros

Great culture that emphasizes commitment, ownership, integrity, learning, and service. The company is growing and with that comes opportunity. When I brought an idea to my boss he said "Don't ask for permission, just do it." I also love the fact that we are creating opportunities for global talent to find meaningful jobs with US companies. It feels good.

    Cons

I don't really have any cons. It's been a great experience so far. I guess I could say that even though we've been around for 12 years, it still has a startup feel. If you don't like wearing a lot of hats, pitching in when needed outside your formal role, you probably won't be happy.

Start-Up and fast-paced feel at a stable Company

    Pros

-You get to work with multi-cultural employees, spanning from Guatemala to the Philipinnes, and US. Everyone comes into work with a positive attitude and it's delightful seeing the growth our colleagues overshore get to achieve while working at Prialto. Rare opportunity to have such regular and close collaborative contact with offshore folks that work the US hours. -Opportunity to take on initiatives and responsibilities beyond your day-to-day as you see fit, and as it interests you. This also means you have a voice in the office and can suggest improvements that will help the company scale. -Exposure to top-level executives and SaaS tools. You learn very quickly how to create and improve business processes which is an important skill to learn to be an organized business professional. -The Company is stable. There were no layoffs during COVID and we even grew. This is an exciting time as more businesses discover the benefits of outsourcing and conducting business virtually

    Cons

-While the bonus structure is generous, the base pay is a bit lower than average when comparing similar roles at different companies. -Unclear HR policies due to small team -as a small team we don't have an IT person so you have to be nimble and figure things out, which some people may not enjoy

    Prialto HQ

    Pros

Great company to work for. Small HQ team with a strong purpose-driven culture. Team is committed to growing company, developing employees and very collaborative. Work is challenging, engaging, process driven and you’re always learning something new. Get to work closely with Guatemala and Philippines employees. Great space in inner SE Portland. Flexible work schedule, lots of autonomy, good pay and bonus structure. Growing company with a lot of potential and opportunity.

    Cons

No clear individual growth plans at HQ Level. Training is hands off and not ideal if you’re the type of person that requires a lot of direction. Health insurance is a bit expensive, but lots of options. Outgrowing office space.

    Pros

Working at Prialto will develop your administrative skills. It is always challenging, learning new processes and platforms. You get to understand the business from a more high executive level and realize that you're part of it.

    Cons

Even if we work as remote assistants you would need to manage your time so you do not lose your mind and get overwhelmed by differents tasks required at a time.
