    Pros

People you work with are nice

    Cons

Superiors are ridiculous, ask why you want to take a vacation day and what you'll be doing during that day off.

    Advice to Management

    Quit, really.

    Pros

    No complaints with the pay.

    Cons

No co. match with the 401K. Work /Life balance in my circumstance was not good. Management did not follow through on what they said to me during interview/hiring process. Company seemed to be confused as to their direction. Not a good experience with this company.

    Advice to Management

You should do what you say with new employees. (from before hire to after start date). It was as if upper management was saying "hire more people" and lower management did not want this. Management was cold, unsupportive, and unhelpful to new employees. I have never experienced this poor, unprofessional behavior.

  3. "Don't advise anyone to apply there. Awful experience"

    Pros

    Paid for employee parking downtown

    Cons

unachievable quota and then they changed compensation plan to not pay commission until 50% year to date.

    Advice to Management

be honest and upfront about hiring quota and compensation, vs hiding it

I worked at Price Gregory full-time

    Pros

I can't think of any Pros

    Cons

SC Manager that is never on the floor and has no idea what is going on. Constantly changing schedule (up to 7x a day). No rotating shifts, which means if you got stuck on a late shift, you will stay in this shift until someone new gets hired. Tiny pay. Call volumes of up to 80-100 calls a day per CS agent. At the same time you will respond to about 30-60 mails a day and you will be asked to take chats, even while you are on the phone with a customer. In addition to that, you will be pulled on conference calls up to 7 times a day. An ape house is a better alternative!

    Advice to Management

    resign
