The relationship they form with the people they place and the companies they support is extraordinary. They take the time to understand the clients needs, what will make someone successful in the organization then work to find the right fit. Each of the employees at Pridestaff Addison live up to the companies name. They take pride in all they do. This pays off for both the business they support and the people they place. Satisfaction by both parties is not good enough. They strive for and succeed in delighting their clients and their temps and direct hires.

The offices nationwide work tirelessly to provide employment support for clients and candidates. Talking with individuals at all locations, you get a feel for the drive and passion behind what they do....it's the common denominator. Also, each PrideStaff and PrideStaff Financial location is locally owned and operated with the support of a corporate office.
Cons
Temporarily unable to provide their great service in other markets outside of their current locations. They will eventually start opening up in other markets as the company continues to grow.

The #1 top reason I love working here is my team! Super collaborative, high energy, contagious optimism, and a wonderful family feel. Our Home Office provides top notch support and training as well. The #2 reason is all the clients and candidates I get to work with on a daily basis. There is nothing better than helping someone secure a new position that will move their career forward, or finding an employee for a hiring manager that is guaranteed to become an asset. There is opportunity for internal advancement and taking on new challenges. After almost 14 years with PrideStaff Financial, I can't see myself anywhere else.
