Pros
- Flexible hours and lots of overtime
Cons
Managers in the store I worked at had very poor work ethic: - They would frequently call me and other employees in the early mornings asking us to come in on the same day when they are short on staff - with no previous notice. - Many staff, including myself, would be asked to work longer shifts than originally contracted for, this included employees under 18. - They would also allow under 18s to work without taking their breaks. - Managers would openly have favourites, and treat employees they don't like unfairly. They would stand in the corners of the shop and have long chats with their favourite employees whilst asking the rest to do all the work. - No benefits or employee discounts
