    Pros

The team are friendly, professional and work hard. The atmosphere is nice and the offices are lovely.

    Cons

the working week is 40hrs instead of 35hrs like other places so can feel long at times.

I have been working at Prime Appointments full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Really nice team, friendly atmosphere. They seem to really care and have clients who will never go elsewhere. A lot of the staff have been with company for years.

    Cons

Commission not a generous as some other agencies but expectations are not as high and basic a little better.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

None that I can honestly think of I'm afraid to say. So sorry to say no pros for prime appointments

    Cons

Have received no offers of work since registering. You have to go to there Web site and apply that way , thus they have it all done for them

I worked at Prime Appointments (More than a year)

    Pros

    Leaving at 5:30pm
    Tea & coffee

    Cons

Worst company for stringing people along
Don't recognise hard work and certainly don't reward it
    So micro-managed
    Unrealistic targets
Very family orientated - hard work won't get you anywhere as quickly as family members

I have been working at Prime Appointments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Brilliant team, very helpful, enough shifts for everyone, they do care to find you a job.

    Cons

Not so many shifts in Colchester, and I had to travel everyday by train/bus, so I was spending too much on transport

    Advice to Management

Extend your bussines to Colchester area and be more careful what type of people you work with: employers and homes.
