I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    - Pay is off the charts if you are motivated
-Spiffs and Incentives are always available and easily obtained
-growth is for advancement is never ending, many leaders in the company started as sellers.

    Cons

Only Con would be the drive, if you are not used to being challenged and stretching your self it can be difficult

    Advice to Management

Keep growing the business, from were the organization was a few years ago to now is a night and day difference

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent hourly pay 10 an hour for regular store reps.

    Cons

Higher goals and huge commission cuts. They frame it as refocusing what we are going to sell but they are pay cuts 20-30% in the last 6 months. I was told I would make 60k an year and I was on track for 45k this year BEFORE the pay cuts and I'm I'm a top seller for our state .The benefits are crazy expensive. No access to vacation the first year. No 401k. Training is a joke especially for such a highly technical job. Higher management is terrible no communication. Its difficult to even get the basics like toilet paper or office supplies for your store. I have been encouraged to work off the clock by upper management.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with RSM and store reps more. I feel like our store operates as an island. An island that gets crapped on. Crap island.
