    Pros

High Wages, Amazing Culture, Growth, Committment to Second Chances, Lifetime Career Development, Stability, 401k, Full Benefits, Hard Work is Rewarded!

    Cons

Must be engaged and actively seek out your own improvement, must be coachable and able to handle constructive criticism, Must thrive on the ebb and flow of change in an industry that is miles and miles away from it's high water mark.

    Advice to Management

Each Market needs 1 - 2 resident trainers. One for new hires to ensure quality control and one for RSM & DM levels to ensure the same. Also communication and access to data is king to top performers and leaders as coaches. KPI access on a much broader scale would inspire top end competition and the sharing of best practices, a change from Groupme to Slack for communications would facilitate a searchable Prime Wiki for all questions and cut down on the demand on field leaderships attention, it would promote engagement and sharing of best practices and shorten our innovative life cycles to spread the right information faster. In an industry where change is king, the dissemination of knowledge is the key to the castle!

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time

    Pros

    You work indoors mostly.

    Cons

Let me shoot it straight to you about this job. You are a Directv salesperson and that’s it. If you don’t sell enough (and it gets installed) you will not get paid commission leaving you with an unloveable wage. Regardless how much $$ you brought in elsewhere.
    2. People are creating fake accounts in customers names to hit goal; a result of unattainable quotas. This is a huge ethical culture issue.
    3. You will be asked to write fake reviews of their locations on the internet.
    4. There is no training and no accountability on anything but you not hitting goals.
    5. Poor managers put in positions based on what they did in sales, not ability to lead.

    Advice to Management

This company is in desperate need of a culture change. Create and foster a culture of ethical compliance. What is happening here is NOT ok.
