I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great job for learning and using selling techniques and if you're good with technology it can be fun with all the new devices that come out. Management wants you to move up and will teach you and guide you into management positions.

    Cons

Lots of gray area. Pay plans are not always clear, chargebacks can cost you serious money, goals are ridiculous at times, and there's a clear disconnect from the ones who are directing the company and those actually on the floor selling. Lots of secret conversations, last minute notice of management changes, and overall climate is negative. Management refuses to hear real complaints and always provide a rehearsed answer or dismisses the issue. There is NO work life balance as you don't get one bit of time off until youve been there a year. Medical is ok but expensive.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your associates and be more open about operations. There's a lot of things not understood because we just aren't told. Give people time off. This is a high stress job and one year is a long time with no time off and very few holidays.

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been at the company a few years and have been able to see growth and recognition quickly here. They reward hard work here.

    Cons

Work-personal life balance can be hard depending on which department you work for, but nothing too over whelming. There are a few growing pains as the company continues to grow at a fast rate.

    Advice to Management

Keep rewarding and listening to good employees as you already do. Stronger middle management could help your worker bees.

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hourly pay , full benefits with blue cross blue shield and commission pay as well. They started 401k plan in 2017.

    Cons

They make you work off the clock and ask you to create fake accounts to leave fake positive Glassdoor and google reviews. Also you’re commission is based off the entire store , not your self.
