I have been working at Prime Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Prime provides a good commission structure built around one's ability to sell, with good bonuses for those who exceed at their job. They offer good benefits, including health and 48 hours of sick leave, with a week of PTO after 6 months. Overall, they are a fair company that provides their employees with the tools to make good money.

    Cons

Upper management can be pushy at times with goals, depending on the district manager. While many of the district managers are understanding and do their best to promote a good work environment, they can be strict with new regulations, often writing up an employee for trivial matters.

    Pros

They take care of their employee , so many incentives to work here. Great health care , 401k and tuitions and great PTO and sick time leave

    Cons

I wished they had enough employees working at the store or hiring was pretty quick.

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The pay is amazing for not having to have a degree or anything. Always potential to move up if you’re a consistent performer. VP, MD, and DM all try to make personal connections with you and I feel like I can trust them with anything. They have your back, and help you with a lot of personal issues if need be.

    Cons

Work-Life balance can be hectic, but that’s where your time management comes into place.

I have been working at Prime Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

No qualifications needed, I've seen them hire people straight out of high school. You make decent money for the work you put in. They have decent benefits as well.

    Cons

You're quality of life will solely depend on your management. Direct management and your district management will pretty much make or break the job, this is why you see such mixed reviews on the company. The pay plan changes very often, up to three times a year and each time you seem to get paid a little less on individual items you sell. What the pay plan is now was is nowhere near what it was three years ago when I started.

    Cons
