Pros
Training 72% of linehaul-as a lease driver Learn how to be an owner operator Good equipment
Cons
Can't pick own loads Dispatcher can make or break you

Pros
Great amenities and the people on the yard are amazing. I personally had an amazing trainer!
Cons
Your livelihood depends on your Dispatcher and the relationship you have with them. Hope it's a good one.

Pros
If your looking to get your CDL this is the place you want to come. Great training facilities and the staff there is plenty nice and for your first year of experience with a CDL no other company will pay you more but after a year of experience there about 100 other companies will offer better pay.
Cons
Pay, If you don't the lease which I don't recommend unless you want to become a trainer you will have a truck with a 900 plus payment a week and the freight your running will be super cheap. I've heard dispatchers say they am for 1.34 a mile for the month which is definitely not decent when you have a truck that's 3600$ bucks a week and your pulling cheap freight. Just go company and get your experience and then move on

Pros
1099 contractor where I have control (especially down time) Great miles, paid on ld % New equipment ANAZING dispatcher AMAZING terminals/facilities Is smart business strategy to position our company within the industry creating job security
Cons
Time away from family- nature of the job, not the company

Pros
Campus and food court is awesome. Spa and gym were super nice to have onsite.
Cons
Super long hours for low pay. Flat company with no room for growth. Pay system is a made up algorithm that they claim in incentive based but it’s not. You can work as hard as you want in many positions with your pay is tied to company revenue therefore not personally incentive. Other jobs you could make more and their algorithm made more sense, like dispatch. Expect to work 7-5 everyday and good luck actually getting to leave at 5. Since your not salary you also don’t get paid for your lunches.

Pros
None at all, walk away it’s a trap go work for an smaller company they take care of you, treat you like family and pay more
Cons
They use a bogus system to determine if we’re safe drivers when in fact we know it’s a bunch of BS. Then when they let you go they make it impossible to get another truck job and expect you to pay for the training still after let you go! They give the better paying loads to there company drivers since they’re paid by the mile not by the load like lease operations. Then they don’t allow OO/LO to make not more the 10k gross a week and purposely screw them by giving them an load they know it would finish out the week with no more then 10k. False promises they tell you it’s not an force dispatch but then you get a phone call from your fleet manager going off wondering why the hell were not accepting the load! There training process is also bs it’s away to put an trainee in someone truck to make someone else money for 6+ months. They say they care about us but they don’t they can give two **cks about you.

Pros
• Good training program • Make $600/wk during training • Will hire non-CDL drivers • Good office support except for 1 weekend dispatcher, she's the worst • Good fuel discounts
Cons
• $0 pay until you get your CDL, they advance you $200/wk for expenses • Below average pay for the industry unless you're a trainer • Semi-forced dispatch for owner operators, if you decline a load you'll be sitting awhile • Rarely get pre-planned so you don't know what you're doing after delivery

Pros
+Paid CDL training ($700/week) as long as you stay for a year +Plenty of miles +Good pay for a starting company +Dispatch get you home on time when you need it +New equipment +Nice terminals
Cons
-Zip code to zip code mileage calculation pays you slightly less miles than you actually drive -Makes you buy your own chains and load locks as a company driver -Trucks are slower than others on the road
- Current Contractor★★★★★
Pros
Pay, dispatch works with you, my dispatcher cares
Cons
Less hometime, big company, silly issues
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Owner of the company is engaged with his drivers. Even though he's at a stage in life where he can rest and let someone else do the work he is still around the company and his drivers all the time. He appears to be genuinely concerned about his employees.
Cons
Being over the road is stressful and dispatchers and admin have never even been in a truck so they have no idea of the stresses and they say stupid stuff that does not help the situation only they show their ignorance and lack of understanding.
