    Lack of Professionalism in the work place Treated like children instead of adults Special privileges if the managers like you

    Advice to Management

    Must evaluate and train better the assistant managers (supervisors) in the day to day operations and employee relations, difficult to work with a "lead" that doesn't help or set the example.
