I worked at PrimeFlight Aviation Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Tips are good, breaks are good also with a variety of restaurants, good social environment & a lot of people to interact with.

    Cons

Low pay for strenuous work, Low employee count for amount of wheelchairs needed, risk of lawsuit for low pay, high risk of injury if not careful.

    Advice to Management

Work with your employees who may be students instead of firing them.
