    I worked at PrimeSoft (Portugal) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nothing positive about working here

    Cons

    Salaries were paid late, after leaving it took me almost a year to get all my money back
    Terrible incompetente managers

    Pros

    -nothing to be quite honest

    Cons

    -basic body-shopping company
    -they won't call you on the phone after the hire you only by email
    -they don't get you a new project if you get out of the one you were in
    -they are in economic difficulties so don't be surprised if you dont get paid...
    -they changed the name to Think Attitude coz of those debts

    Advice to Management

    just close that

    Pros

    Entry point to other companies, lack of alternatives ...

    Cons

    Compensation, frequent delays in payment, filed pre-bankrupcy and still hasn't payed it's dues.

    Advice to Management

    Be serious about your employees, former employees and respect your agreements - if you can't pay don't hire!

    Pros

    Generous Bonus. Company provides lunch, and there is no dress code.

    Cons

    80 hour weeks, management a bit stuffy, sometime profits over people.

    Trust the young ones
