    Pros

    Company cares about the middle class, does what is right 100% of the time, Own my own business, make my own hours, provides lots of training for reps, unlimited earning potential based on what you put into it, educates the public about the rules of money, love my team

    Cons

    All offices are independent brokerages. Therefore, some offices or individuals in offices can give the entire company a bad name. Not all offices or people, are bad.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do! Glen Williams is an awesome CEO! This company cares about people!

    Pros

    Flexible, family oriented environment, good location, room to grow within the company, great managers in some areas, no weekends, advancement is encouraged

    Cons

    Pay is not competitive, some departments do have micromanagers, training in some areas is subpar, workload can be overwhelming at times, can be a stressful job

    Truly unlimited income, Very flexible hours, set your own schedule, never stop learning, great people, Very wealthy people who want to teach you and that you can reach out to at any time

    Cons

    Can be difficult if you dont know many people, big competition (which can motivate you), can be frustrating when clients cancel

    Advice to Management

    I was fortunate enough to get a great team and know other great leaders and reps. I cant give any advice because they are all truly great

    Pros

    work on your own schedule meets ome well established individuals who seem to know what they are doing. Gets you around proactive and productive people who have a focus for earning at least million dollar under management and would like to help you get there to if you are committed to helping them to get there too.

    be committed to work or else your downlines would be sponges to the nay sers
