    Pros

Best thing about working here is no weekends and don't have to work past 7pm at night.

    Cons

MANY CONS Director receives special priveleges, personal work schedule, can work from home and receives 'secret bonuses on the side' Spends a ton of time on how she looks, comes in late and complains how 'horrible' we are and how she is always tired yet she hardly works. The Assistant should be the one who is the director. The assistant so friendly and hard working and don't believe she receives the secret bonuses. They charge way to much for child care, probably because they have to pad the director.

    Advice to Management

The director even works parent night out and splits the tips with everyone that doesn't seem fair. The director if very biased as to who she hires. She is a phony.
