I worked at Prince George's Community College full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Time off during winter break and spring break plus great leave benefits.

    Cons

No chance for advancement; pay is lowest of all colleges in Maryland; Administration has no respect for faculty and staff and are very hostile! Don't ever complain to HR! Make up of Administration/staff is top heavy with Administration.

    Advice to Management

Replace Administration, including President. You have great faculty and staff. Listen to them.
