I have been working at Prince Georges County Public Schools (MD) full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You receive a good amount of days off for holidays/breaks

    Cons

No cost of living increases; it's a struggle to get a raise with the state of the economy for non-classroom staff.

    Advice to Management

Return to giving cost of living increases or step increases as incentive to keep employees with the system.
