    Pros

    Great environment, many nationalities, different cultures and abundant free training
    Nice for you if you want to get paid to travel around the world
    Energetic crew

    Cons

    Low pay grade and long working hours
    Different pay grade for employees in the same position based on nationalities which is absurd

    Advice to Management

    Middle management are struggling to manage the team between short-handed on duty and Team member have no personal life.

    Very large company, hard to get your voice heard (even if the rest of the crewhas the same complaints), this job is definitely not for everyone

    -Get chance to travel the world
    -Earn a lots different experience compare with another based in customer service job
    -Having new friend from many different nationalities
    -Free food and free accommodation

    Cons

    -Long hours work, turnaround day could be more than 13 hours
    -Pay monthly, no bonus , no overtime pay

    Pros

    Princess tends to hire shipboard personnel that always have a fantastic dispositions and are easy to get along with. Since you will be spending every day with these people anywhere from 6 to 8 months at a time, it is important that you get along with everyone! Plus being paid to travel the world will enrich your outlook and make the world your home!

    Long hours and low pay.

    Lot of travelling around the world, working with different nationalities,good work experience.

    Cons

    no week offs, no vacation salary and no equal salary structure, not equal growth for all nationalities.

    need to work on equal wage compensation for all the nationalities.
