I have been working at Princess Cruise Lines full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

Benefits are ok but explained poorly and in a deceiving way, making you believe they were better

    Cons

Forget about promotions or salary increases, long hours, extra work not payed, never reconized, poor management

    Advice to Management

Same job same salary and same benefits should apply to all departments
