    Pros

Recommend this company tremendously. Worked for them for four years. Excellent people, solutions and organization. Worked for them on west coast and east coast. Highly supportive.

    Cons

Became a little more bureaucratic since State Street acquisition in the mid 90's, even though State Street allows them a fair amount of autonomy.

  2. "Fast Paced Environment With Excellent Growth Opportunities"

I worked at Princeton Financial Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Team oriented environment
    - Opportunities to grow with the parent company State Street
    - Nice people
    - Sr. management that is intelligent and transparent

    Cons

    - I cannot think of too many cons other than the cafeteria in the office is very small and the coffee is not that great.

    Advice to Management

    - Expand the cafeteria and make the bathrooms nicer and cleaner. Also, the coffee could be improved.

I worked at Princeton Financial Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Annual Reductions In-Force(RIF's) or layoffs.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Pros

I love helping patients with knowing about their insurance and benefits. Giving patients what they need to know about their insurance plans.

    Cons

Talking with multiple people at once. Patients are sometimes confused about their benefits and plans, so sometimes more than just one person wanting answers at one time.

    Advice to Management

Listen to patients carefully. Give business cards so if they supervisor answers, they can contact management.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Good exposure to back office business
    Good word life balance
    Initial salary is generous
    Good benefits package
Team members are knowedgable and friendly

    Cons

Irrational expectations (in my second year on the team I was reprimanded for not having the same standard as the 10 year+ veterans)
    No real training provided
Reviews are influenced by guess work and rumour
Double standards exist in the way team members are treated and in the way management conducts itself as compared to how they demand employees conduct themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Train staff
Apply same standards across all staff members
Keep salary and benefit package in line with the industry average
