    Office conveniently located near Route 206 in Princeton.

    Dysfunctional, disorganized and deceitful transcription manager.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to keep a closer eye on employees who supposedly work from home.

    I worked at Princeton Orthopaedic Associates for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good-ish benefits and holiday pay.

    Cons

    Poor poor poor management. Never fully staffed. You will consistently be expected to do the job of those thatbare superior to you (because of course they don't have time). You will not get proper compensation for your hard work.

    Do better. Treat people as such, not just numbers and figures

    Pros

    It was quick job offer from a temp agency Pay is decent Work is not that hard Some of the staff are nice Interview was very unprofessional

    Cons

    Manager is not approachable Training is limited and sub par at best Temps are not treated well Office environment is very cliquey Socialization is not encouraged

    Advice to Management

    Attend a seminar to be a more effective and approachable leader Pass off some responsibility to other upper management so you are not constantly overwhelmed and have to always do condensed training

      Pros

      Good Benefits and much of the staff is pleasant.

      Cons

      Managers are not consistent and there is lots of favoritism. Upper management does not care about staff only themselves Lots of turnover due to unfair policies Lower than average salaries and raises Overloaded department managers and grossly understaffed No work/life balance

      Get a grip
