    Work-life balance, sense of community, pay is standard for industry, free coffee

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic, a lot of dead weight in the company, many things are overly time consuming or complicated for what actually gets done

    Advice to Management

    Increase hiring selectivity to ensure employees want to be there. I never saw an employee reprimanded for watching Youtube or browsing the Internet instead of doing work

    Some department will have you with not enough to do while some will have you with too much to do

    Business puts low value on security
    Very low salaries for high demand skills
    Politics more important than skills for advanced promotions

    Advice to Management

    Move away from broad job classifications, salaries need to be commensurate with skill level AND market demand. The "benefits" you tout as differentiators are not.
