Some really good people work here.

Cons

Corporate office is full of micro-management. The executive assistant position is just an order taker position. No brain or opinion preferred. HR doesn't look out for the employees, they work for CEO only. Leadership is full of "yes men". Collaboration frowned upon. They prefer office doors closed. People are treated with a lack of trust and respect.

Cons

No advertising, no marketing, make promises and don’t keep them. Lack of management skills, lack of people skills, employee turn around is outrageous, lack of pay and pay plan.
