I worked at Principle Solutions Group as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Pay, that is about it!

    Cons

Recruiters never check in with Employees.
Your just a person filling a seat for their client!
Account Manager is rude, and can not call you because he is always out of town.
Stick up for the client and do not hear your side of any issues.

    Advice to Management

Acquire some account managers and recruiters that care about the person who will fill the job. A check may come from client, but you need us to fill the seats!

I worked at Principle Solutions Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

This staffing agency was able to find me a contract position with great flexibility within my skill set.

    Cons

The reporting manager did not follow up with me in a timely manner. There was often more than 24 hours between the time she would follow up after leaving a voice mail or email for her.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that your account managers understand that timely response to voice mail or email is crucial to your business.

    Pros

Beware of this company..they will lure you in and if you find a better job they will ask you to work your two week notice and then NOT pay you for your two weeks....DON'T TRUST THEM!! You will not be able to get in touch with anyone in the company. This is the Charlotte Based Company.

    Cons

They never answer their phones, you can't get in touch with them after you are hired when you need them.

    Advice to Management

Don't cheat hard working people out of their money, they have families just like you.
