    Pros

The comradely of hourly personnel truly created a team environment.

    Cons

Local management is unscrupulous and unethical, they choose to manage like a concentration camp, through fear and intimidation. Corporate is either unaware or compliant.

    Advice to Management

If corporate is unaware of local management, they must correct to retain valuable hourly associates. Or just continue to reap what you sow.

    Pros

Good co workers and ok pay. Great view out back door of Delaware river. Many good snacks in vending machine also.

    Cons

Poor management and exceptions are unachievable. Goals are set just out of reach and all the time getting mentally beat down.

    Advice to Management

Just tell us when we are closing!

I have been working at Printpack full-time

    Pros

It's a paycheck with health insurance. I like the people I work with @ our plants.

    Cons

Promoting unqualified associates to leadership roles is ridiculous and showing favoritism is absolutely going to increase the already significant amount of employee departures.

    Advice to Management

Wake up, smell your SBUX coffee and look around. Your associates who actually work hard and earned the right to be there are unhappy. More money, flex time, and fair treatment of ALL associates, no matter their connection to the company. All associates should follow the same rules and guidelines. Rule-breakers and those who blatantly disregard Erskine Love's principles should be shown the door - hold everyone accountable - not just a select few.

    Pros

Great people who are very family oriented.

    Cons

Lack of formal strategic / business planning processes or the guts to make tough business decisions, until recently. Resistant to change.

    Advice to Management

You've made several bold organizational moves this past year. Now look for ways to further consolidate functions and costs. Use consistent equipment packages to reduce inventory costs and improve maintenance. Beef up the sales force. Don't focus on account management to the detriment of new business acquisition. Get out of your "box."
