I have been working at Prisma Health Midlands for more than a year

    Pros

They allowed me to work on senior leadership projects and gain valuable experience. I gained many mentors throughout the organization who offered to help me grow.

    Cons

It’s a large organization and next to impossible to know everyone.

    Advice to Management

Do more team building to allow employees to interact more in a fun way.

I worked at Prisma Health Midlands

    Pros

Good hospital that is quickly expanding

    Cons

Tries to make things uniform across all the palmetto health campuses even if it's not as suitable (i.e. For the smaller hospitals)

I worked at Prisma Health Midlands for less than a year

    Pros

Inviting environment, worthwhile experience. Interning at the Palmetto Health Foundation helped me to discover my love for nonprofit work.

    Cons

The company culture is inviting, but interns have to sit in the basement all day which ends up being a little lonely and out of the way.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! My internship experience was superior because of the management and the teams.
