    Pros

The people are great. It's a really fun bunch who get on well.
There is a good balance between enjoyment and getting the work done. We are supported very well by management and the owners and are offered assistance and training to increase our skill set.
The Pro brand is known in the market, which offers a great platform from which to grow your desk.
Incentives are great, the company is run transparently and there is a genuine sense of the team enjoying each other's company.

    Cons

We're going to need a bigger office at this rate!

I have been working at Pro-Recruitment Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

What makes Pro is 100% the people. Having worked in various sales environments is is rare to find such encouraging and supportive colleagues. From first interview when you see how normal and down to earth the managers and directors are, to working with lovely people every day it really does have a special family feel.
Success is celebrated. In the monthly company meeting employees are highlighted for working to the pro values, there are promotions announced regularly and the support across the business is incredible.
Each individual is encouraged to work smartly and in they way that works best for them rather than having a 'one approach fits all' across the teams.
The benefits are excellent for a company of its size. Not only is the commission great, but there are so many other incentives and parties and benefits as well.
Overall, pro is a really fun place to work. You will not be bored, you will make friends, if you are a good recruiter you will make money and have clear career progression.

    Cons

There is not much wrong with pro. Every month there is an employee forum to raise issues so most issues, however small or big, get addressed which is good.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep the same culture and values as the company grows. It really works.

I have been working at Pro-Recruitment Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a small team with a real family feel. Having worked in larger firms, the motivational work ethic and appreciation shared amongst all teams here aren't even comparable.

For the size of the company, the amount of reinvestment that goes into new technology and tools to support the staff in their day-to-day jobs here is exceptional. They want you do excel in your role, and if you feel you need other tools to support you in this - it's no holds barred!

The management team and board are approachable and always willing to embed best practice and implement new ideas suggested by the employees here. It's an open plan office which means you won't find 'senior' staff locked away in their own rooms. It's always an open door policy.

The office is an energetic and dynamic workplace where everyone is encouraged to grow and develop themselves. In return for hard work, rewards come aplenty,

Most importantly, the company recognises the importance of work-life balance and are very flexible with how you manage your own time. If you prefer to start at the crack of dawn and leave for an earlier evening, you can. If you have priorities outside of work you need to tend to, you can work around them. Best part of Pro - it's an understanding workplace with a shared culture that only ever wants you to develop yourself and succeed in your career goals.

    Cons

Not any I can think of... but some advice:

It's a small team of very enthusiast and motivated individuals. So if you're not prepared for plenty of moments filled with jokes and competitive spirit... recruitment might not be the right place for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep being dynamic. Keep being responsive. Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Pro-Recruitment Group full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, day off on your birthday, cycle to work scheme etc but really not worth it

    Cons

Senior management bully members of staff and control what they ear by moving clients around.
Constantly made to feel like you’re never going to be able to do anything right
Made to feel like you’re not good enough in your role so you will stay
Massive differences in pay, youcould be earning £20k less than someone sitting next to you with the same job title. Disgusting.

    Advice to Management

Take a moment to stop being such sociopaths and realise the people in your company are actual people.
