I worked at Pro Residential Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Family feel. Many of the upper management are related, so you know exactly where you stand in the company's eyes.

    Cons

No appreciation for hard work, do not listen to people who have their best interests at heart. Felt like I didn't matter. I didn't.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with some respect. Your employees aren't slave hands. They are people.
