    Pros

    -Flexible schedule
    -Different work sites
    -4 hour minimum

    Cons

    -Starting pay $16.00
-Being chosen for a project is a hit or miss
-Very difficult to get a raise regardless of performance (no raise in 2 years despite repeated inquiries)
-Project length usually ends up being shorter than advertised (You sign-up for a 4 week project and you end up working only 2 weeks)
-Many of the "techs" are of questionable character (I have inadvertently witnessed theft, drug use, and falsification of hours worked)
    -No benefits of any kind
    -You are very dispensable
    -You are not allowed overtime
-Not paid for the half hour lunch break
-Breaks are often overlooked by leads
-Very poor logistics from management (You will wait and feel lost as the lead tries to figure out the scope of the work, whom the contact person is, and where the supplies are at.)
-This cannot be your sole job as you will not be able to make ends meet

    Advice to Management

    Close Shop

    Pros

Part-time disconnct/reconnect work. Great people, great company. Everyone I've met has been friendly and committed. They tell you what projects they have in a given week, and you can choose which you're available for. No pressure or hassle.

    Cons

Hours are a bit unpredictable, but that's the nature of the beast.

    Pros

Fair site supervisors. Good entry level IT work.

    Cons

Horrible HR and record keeping. They shorted me pay for my first job due to "scheduling errors". When confronted via email they promised pay and check was on the way. Check never came. This continued for 4 months. When I finally demanded, they stopped assigning me jobs. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I also noticed some employees stealing items from job sites which reinforced the level of ethical value this company holds. Compensation is "ok". Jobs in SF, they do not reimburse parking or offer car pools. Of course they don't tell you this upon job acceptance until you are already on the site. There goes $30 for the day.

    Advice to Management

Keep better records about who is working what job. Also dispatching needs to be on the same page as site supervisors. Often they are not.
