    Pros

Management was very flexible and relaxed when needing time off for doctor appointments or other engagements. As long as work was completed as scheduled there were no issues.

    Cons

There were numerous instances of unrealistic time frames for the completion of new estimates and or designs for customers. These instance were caused by particular employees that would make promises to the customer without first checking to ensure whether if the period of time was achievable. Other than this there were no real cons.
