    Pros

Excellent staffing company, completely transparent with immigration process and compensation packages, no issues identified with management, HR or recruiting folks to answer question.

    Cons

Salary is a little on the lower end

    Advice to Management

Provide additional benefits opportunities like 401 company contribution, tuition / certification reimbursement.

    Pros

They are very willing to negotiate on salary. For employees that travel, they will advance money for travel expenses.

    Cons

When they advance you money for travel expenses, they take it out of your very next check whether you have filed expenses or not.

Worst company to work as corp to corp, they do not care what good for consultant every one rude in this company. Do not know how to deal with consultants. All they know is how insult and play politics with people. Namely, the whole legal department!
