I have been working at ProClinical full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've never worked at a recruitment company with so much work coming in. We are on countless PSLs and have MSP agreements with some of the biggest Pharmas globally.

The culture is positive, we have realistic targets, minimal KPIs and a mature environment to get a job done. Training is tailored to everybody, with time spent one2one on your own BD strategy or practical training outside of the normal on-boarding training.

We have a healthy outlook on work/life balance and those who go the extra mile earn the extra money!

    Cons

None that ProClinical are responsible for, only the cons associated with recruitment in general. There are knock-backs and it can take time to get established but if you have patience the career here is rewarding and worth-while.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I worked at ProClinical full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent working environment with like minded people that gives you a true sense of home.

Highly experienced individuals who are more than happy to take time out of their day to help you and give you guidance on ways to improve your skills.

Targets for Quarterly incentives are achievable and your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Career progression is a big focus and all senior members of staff encourage you to achieve the best you can.

An all round truly great company to work for and it has been the best year so far!

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    - Opportunities to grow within the organisation
    - Great personal development schemes
    - Good incentives when targets are met

    Cons

    - HEAVY micromanagement from all aspects
    - Not much employee freedom or trust to take on projects

I have been working at ProClinical full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They have assembled a team of excellent experienced individuals from many different pharma recruitment companies.
Supported with technology such as new databases (Nov 15) Training (Oct 15) and everyone here has a LinkedIn Recruiter account which is unprecedented.
Access to jobs, chances to work in global offices. extra long lunch for gym/sports
New offices with full refurbishment and the incentives to Marbella, Vegas and Singapore GP were achievable to qualify for.
Diverse workforce, doesn’t feel like you've walked on the set of the Wolf of Wall St and business is conducted in a grown up adult and professional manner.
Doing business is easy, BD efforts are rewarded no blocks from Legal or third party departments.
Solid back office provision for marketing, admin, operations and finance as a sales person you do not have to do anything other than get your head down and bill and develop relationships.
Uncapped commissions of up 40% of the value of a perm deal and up to 30% on contract runners with minimal chips or thresholds.
Genuinely invest in people and give people a chance. No mass firings for not hitting a target after one Quarter.
Friendly approachable management many of whom have been there since day one
No reliance on KPIs to drive sales or atmosphere.
You never speak to a client who has a bad experience about these guys, relationships are nurtured by the dedicated client services team.

    Cons

None other than the usual intrinsic issues which come with any sales role. Luckily they provide maximum support to help you reach your potential. Understanding professional recruitment is a long game.

    Advice to Management

    Land and Expand!

    Pros

I have been with the company for a year and have enjoyed my time so far.

The team are friendly, with a mix of experienced and junior consultants / managers and it's a good environment to work in. The business is past start-up stage, but still growing and increasing its brand strength, so its a good place to be. Everyone has Linkedin Recruiter, which is a really positive point.

    Cons

No major cons, but a more flexible environment would help to motivate the team further - some extra time at lunchtime a couple of days a week to go to the gym, for example.

I have been working at ProClinical full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

. Management listens to what we have to say as employees
    . Fun working environment
. The management team provides productive feedback
    . Transparent working environment
. The team here is extremely positive

    Cons

It would be great if the team in Asia gets more involvement or interaction with the global headquarters. Most of us in Asia have only met a couple of Directors from the global business, let alone meeting the rest of the teams.

    Advice to Management

    None at the moment
