I have been working at ProEnergy Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Most people here are great to work with
Not a lot of OT required, unless you are upper management

    Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough indians
Not good to the employees any more
    Constantly hiring

    Advice to Management

Promote from within and take it easy on hiring upper management. The people you are paying big bucks for aren't doing a good job and it is frustrating the rest of us.

I worked at ProEnergy Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I received a hat and two shirts with company logo. Campus has many shiny buildings with empty workstations. There are really very few pros for working at this company.

    Cons

EXTREME high turnover within the company, people are let go easily. Employees/departments are often moved from building to building at whim of CEO, employees then move their own supplies and computers by themselves with no boxes or assistance. (Understand this hint at what it is like to work there) Employees receive emails when outside visitors which means potential clients will be on the campus, so that is an indirect order to clean up workstation, behave and wear one of the company logo shirts to show company spirit. Recruiters make many promises and perks are written in job offer, yet never delivered. If you are considering this company, do not relocate as you may find yourself living in Sedalia unemployed after you fired with no employment alternatives.

I worked at ProEnergy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Appears to be good company.

    Cons

Lacks a leadership team, the owner is the only one who does anything (in his own mind). He's the top salesman, and the top everything. The whole company is nothing without him.

    Advice to Management

Get some management, quit running the place like a small mom and pop operation, and communicate with employees.

I worked at ProEnergy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Clean Shops, Warehouses, Bathrooms and Kitchen.
    2. Approx 3 of managers worked with are the best in the industry, world class talent, why they stay in this quagmire is a mystery.

    Cons

    1. Zero accountability for the "friends and family" consortium. Of which there are many layers.
    2. The burden of cleaning up their messes is left to the non-relative masses.
    3. Implied message to all..."If you want to eat at the Plantation Masters trough, you must do as they say...not as they do".
    4. Least Ethnically Diverse company of its type and size that I have experienced....confused how they justify their hiring practices,

    Advice to Management

Practice internally - what you Preach externally.

I worked at ProEnergy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There literally are no pros about working here. I guess if you have to live in Sedalia and can't find another job, this is a viable option.

    Cons

Extremely abusive management. It's not at all uncommon to have a manager publicly humiliate someone for making a simple mistake. The owners don't seem to have a problem with it. For Sedalia, they're a big company and the owners are important people in the community. In any large city, they and the company would be nothing special and they would have a very hard time finding people willing to work in such a hostile environment.

    Very low pay
    Poor benefits
    No advancement
    No bonus

    Advice to Management

Stay in Sedalia, you couldn't make it anywhere else.

    Pros

If your title is VP or director then you make a ton of cash, otherwise good luck.
Hopefully you get to work for one of the good managers who look out for you.

    Cons

They pile more and more responsibility on you and pay you the same and never expect to get a raise no matter what.
I've seen to many people fired because there boss needed a scapegoat for there own failed projects. Eventually they run out of scapegoats and get fired too.

    Advice to Management

Look out for your people they are the ones taking care of you everyday.

    Pros

If you're a Sedalia native looking for a blue collar job, it might not be too bad. Do not move to Sedalia for a white collar job.

    Cons

Too many to count. Long hours. Abusive management. Blatant nepotism.

    Advice to Management

    Sell.

    Pros

Nothing Positive about this company. Do not waste your time in applying for this company.

    Cons

Everything is Con about company, Poor hiring process, they just hire and revoke offers without proper decision making . So better stay away from applying in first place. Poor decision to apply for this company. Highly UNETHICAL behaviour.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees or else you will be a history
