I have been working at ProHealth Care (WI) full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

ProHealth has top shelf patient care, is financially successful and has a great culture throughout the organization. There is true caring here amongst everyone that can't be duplicated in the big Milwaukee mega health systems.

    Cons

None that I can think of

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at ProHealth Care (WI) full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

Finally raised the wage because so many employees left after management changes last year. I am close to retirement so not too many years left here.

    Cons

WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!! Working with uneducated loud crazy women because they are so desperate for people and can't retain people. If you want a socialist environment, then come on in and apply. Poor work ethic, not too smart, victimhood and entitlement are not frowned upon, instead the intelligent employees will just have to pick up your work and JUST CULTURE will give you a positive thumbs up for...

    Advice to Management

I have never worked in an environment where selective reprimanding is promoted. We lost one of our best, funniest, smartest employees recently because of your poor judgement and the the worst employees victimhood. Now we are so short staffed yet again and she was one of our best trainers. Crappy employees who have given you so many reasons to fire them continue to be problematic. All of the management at the access center...

I have been working at ProHealth Care (WI) full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Great culture; financially profitable and smart; patient centric

    Cons

A couple of self-motivated leaders who act for themselves, not advocate for the organization.

    Advice to Management

Continue to build on teamwork and collaboration!

I have been working at ProHealth Care (WI) part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Nicer facility; Ancillary services available; constant improvement in process

    Cons

(Within bedside care setting) overtime/on call expected without pay; Focused on ways to deliver faster care (not necessarily balanced with quality or cost efficient care). Expect individualized care but not willing to allow time for it.

    Advice to Management

Have an interest in people delivering bedside cares; ask them about innovative ideas to save on costs; show your face on the floor so people know who you are and that you are involved/care about their work setting.

I worked at ProHealth Care (WI) full-time

      Pros

Pharmacy management is a pleasure to work with

      Cons

      Coworkers, leads, workflow, laziness, overworked

      Advice to Management

Do not make excuses as to why something cannot be changed. Happy employees start with management listening to suggestions and taking action when problems occur. If there is such a high turnover rate and even staffing agency technicians terminate their contract it should show that there is something significantly wrong with this department. Employees need to be reprimanded for their poor work and not have everyone else...

Lots of good people and people who care. Good works being done.

      Cons

      Advice to Management

Be more open about happenings in the company. Everything is always a secret and only certain folks can know.
