I have been working at ProKarma as a contractor (More than 3 years)
ProKarma placed me at a major regional healthcare corporation. They have a very close relationship with the company and support their contractors very proactively. I can always count on my ProKarma Manager to offer support and keep me informed.
The benefits are on the higher end of cost, but it is nice to have them available.

The pros of this company, are the knowledge the CEO's have of the IT world.
The cons would be, the employees are spread out across the country, so it's hard to have a culture or good work place environment. There's also not a lot of business supported in the Portland market yet to be able to make commission, however they are well on their way. Take my comments with a grain of salt, given I am only speaking of the Portland office. There was no culture whatsoever, the office was so outdated, I felt like I was in 1985. The majority of the employees were welcoming and friendly. However not everyone was, and many were made uncomfortable in the work environment and felt they were being micro managed and watched at all times. There was no sort of helpful ways of obtaining knowledge and if you did ask for help you were belittled, even if you were new. I lasted here for 2 months for good reason. My fellow co workers all agreed as well on the fact that there was a problem with the culture and most have wanted to leave because of it. Again, please don't take my comments as a hit on the entire company, this is purely off of my experience with the culture of the Portland office.
Advice to Management
If I were to give advice to management, keep doing what you're doing, because your company is on the right path, and a good one at that, however, please listen to your current employees and the struggles they are having with the office structure and others there that's preventing them from being successful.

ProKarma has experienced a meteoric surge both in size and revenue with a client portfolio that is as robust as the company’s growth trajectory.
The organization is practical with two feet on the ground. They will flex and accommodate in many situations but will not adopt or accommodate every desire, whim, fad, or trend. And while it may not offer the scope of perks, comps and benefits that we see or read about, the management operates with responsibility and thoughtfulness in its day to day to ensure stability and growth for our employees and clients – even during market downfall. Executive team has recruited stellar professionals from Fortune 500 companies and global consulting firms to drive its centers of excellence, delivery, practice areas and national account management from coast to coast.
ProKarma operates with a lot of heart and good work gets noticed and acknowledged. In my early days at ProKarma, a senior colleague said to me that the management team at ProKarma works very much like the sport of Curling in which team members rally around a granite stone and try to move it across a sheet of ice to a bulls eye through friction from sweeping motions on the ice. Opportunities are earned; not a right and if you prove that you can get the job done, the company will rally around you and create a pathway for you to rise to the occasion.
Great place for those that are few years into their careers that are seeking to learn, be exposed and challenged in new situations; as well as those in their mid-careers that are looking to manage programs and provide mentorship.
Annual employee survey should be implemented to learn, identify and proactively address issues and opportunities.

supportive if you are in demand
typical consulting company, not a company to create a career
I worked at ProKarma as an intern (Less than a year)
Great office culture! Everyone was very helpful during my internship and I was given a lot of responsibility with great support! I didn't fell like 'the intern'. I felt included in everything I was working on and loved going to work everyday!
Training in the beginning has room for improvement.
