    Pros

    Good work environment, flexible timings , depends on project though . Technical opportunity, center for excellence, not many projects , staffing company, good insurance policy, no firing , various technology

    Cons

    Worst leave policy, managers are slaves to customer

    Improve leave policy, create domain expertise

    I worked at ProKarma full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    If you have no job, consider working here
    If you are fresher and agree to work on less wages, consider working here
    If you need highly challenging work, with new technologies, but with less pay, consider working here

    Cons

    No strong HR policies, management has control over everything
    Not an employee centric company, just a customer centric one.
    Worst leave policy I've ever seen. 1.25 days per month, viz 15 days for year, all inclusive. No sick leaves, no casual leaves, nothing. just 15 days a year.

    Advice to Management

    Get this company to some standards. When you do business with world class companies, get enough benefits, employees should also be benefited. Update the leave policy as soon as possible. No corporate company has this kinda leave policy.
