    I worked at ProMedica full-time

    Pros

large company, a lot of opportunities to transfer to other departments, tuition reinbursment, great management within the department

    Cons

hostile work environment with co-workers, stuck up mean individuals in the customer service department. "im too good for everyone/i am always right" attitudes throughout the room. makes other staff and patients have a sour taste in their mouth about promedica billing, due to the poor customer service reps. very judgmental.

    Advice to Management

best management i've ever had. however, management needs to be more aware of the garbage that goes on between staff,. be alert and take care of the problem, verses knowing there are clear apparent issues, and doing nothing to weed the rotten apples out of the bunch.
