    Pros

One of BEST PAY in the market for good candidate even if not outstanding.

Management & Leadership folks are extremely Sensible & Decent On Employee Benefits.
mostly they promote or deal Remote Or WFH Or Worst Case 345 Schedule Work with Client.
Some one does not have to ask/negotiate which is expected/standard.
Whatever is "Should be" is provided even without asking.
    Awesome People & Work Culture
Leadership is easily approachable & They Really
0 % Bureaucratic Thought in Comp Policy Execution.
People don't really sit on work & do it immediately if it possible.
Extremely Flexible. Coming to office is optional. Promote WFH highest level.
For individual concern/expectations - they easily make on exception to policy & address it.

    Cons

No significant cons as of now. Some time, you may get short projects like 3-6 months & you may have to change projects once/twice in a year & may have to travel. But mostly they promote or deal Remote Contribution Or WFH Or Worst Case 345 Schedule Work with Client.

    Pros

Prosoft provides a relaxed atmosphere with good benefits and deals with a quality product you can be proud to offer to customers.

    Cons

The company has a small company feel that comes with some desire for more structure in communicating between departments and overall organization.

    Advice to Management

Put together some systems that will better unify how things are done from one department to the next, and start by asking the employees what they need to better do their jobs.

I have been working at ProSoft Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Entrepreneurial Culture, Highly talented technical folks, Lot of opportunities to grow

    Cons

Lack of vision from senior management, no dedicated resources for marketing/advertising, need more ammunition from offshore team to generate leads. Sales people work in silos and lack transparency, no effective or efficient process in place to enter sales activities in the CRM tool.

    Advice to Management

Set a 5-10yr vision and start building the infrastucture and resources to achieve the vision. The vision has to be communicated to every employee in the company so they understand their roles and responsibilities and contribute to the vision. New employees should be given a formal induction and be associated to a peer to come up to speed.
