Highly disorganized, they are not human at all and they just pressure for number even if they don't make sence.

Great time to be an employee of ProV during this rapid growth period. The work atmosphere is that of a family, which is unique as we have offices around the world. Having co-workers, you can count on is a great feeling. As a person who likes tech, being alongside people who are creating and working on different technologies and seeing all the neat things they are doing for our clients is awesome. That is if you’re a tech guy/gal like myself. Oh, lastly the offices, I look out at the ocean every day from the 8th floor (on breaks of course), Top notch!

Cons

Because of the rapid growth the work can be demanding. Personally I like a challenge. However, some people struggle. With that being said, if you are like me and like to stay busy, work hard then it wouldn’t be a pro.

It is a global company that promotes career growth. Possibilities in many areas such as administrative, Information technology and consulting. Flex schedule, full benefits included in most positions.

Traveling 90% of the time during peak season and due to the nature of the business can be somewhat stressful. Although company provides for everything which includes travel expenses.

The company offers an excellent path for career growth and work life balance. I enjoy working on an international team and being recognized for my contributions.

Management will work with you to work from home. Work is not stressful and not as loaded as other jobs.

Routine workload. No opportunity to advance your career. Healthcare is very expensive if you chose to take it.

Leadership lacking in strategy, respect and organization. They are deceptive with hiring promises, business deals, cutting corners and have a toxic culture filled with favoritism, gossip and passive aggressive behaviors. The CEO had his hands in things unnecessarily, patronizes people as if in "class" system, and develops a culture of distrust and uncertainty.

It is frankly difficult for me to find positive aspects about the company, when we get the recruitment process is satisfactory and promises lead you to make the change, but on a daily basis the initial motivation ends up fading when you realize you work with people in fear who need to omit their opinion.

The CEO is a glorified twenty-first century tiran, inconstant and unsuited to motivational speeches. In his intimate Mr. Ajit Nair believes that he owns the employees and expects no less than unconditional availability to his caprices and 180 degrees turns on business strategies. 24/7 availability, weekend events which prohibit family members attendance, are some examples of how ProV is managed.

This is a small company trying hard and desperately to grown. An incredible high turnover of staff for such a small company. Hoodwink is standard practice. Contracts are canceled out of nowhere. It is an unstable place to work. CEO does not respect employees. CEO thinks people are slaves. CEO and company culture has the mindset of taking advantage on people/employees. Management/HR does not take employee side. Pay is bad. Not everyone has benefits. The benefits offered for some people are BAD. Do a favor for yourself and take your experience somewhere else.
