    Pros

    Great work life balance. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow across various functions within the business. Challenging work with often very broad responsibilities. Fantastic people.

    Cons

    Decision making complexity given the global, regional and market dynamics (its a matrix organization). Slow speed to drive change.

    Advice to Management

    Help the organization focus more on the Big Bets by eliminating all the other work that's running behind scenes.

    Make sure you treat your people right. Pay your top people right or else you are going you lose them.

    the work was easy and the atmosphere was good. Everyone seemed to enjoy the work. Got to see a lot of different parts of the plant.

    Cons

    The work was monotonous. You do a lot of the same thing over again. The shifts are long and night shifts are exhausting.

    dont really have any advice for the management. Temporary factory line work sucks no matter what the company you are working for is.

    Great place to learn and grow, outstanding culture and great people to work with. Team work and leadership are the #1 priorities

    Cons

    Work life balance is continuously getting worse, salary is not necessarily performance driven, it is no secret that it takes multiple years to be considered for promotion in some functions

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on the happiness of employees and reduce bureaucracy. Reward employees more for their hard work and passion they show every day

    Large variety of jobs, can be hit or miss... You can have so many different jobs as part of the sales organization
