    Salary level. Great career opportunity: location, discipline, function. Good corporate culture. Comfortable to work from legal point ob view. Opportunity for personal development

    Cons

    Work life balance. Expectation from manager is at least 50 hours a week. Very inertial for decision making. Lots of burocracy and paper approvals. Huge difference for organization between different countries, business units etc
