Pros
Procter has tradicionally been a great school to develop young talent in the first 5-8 years of a new grad's career.
Cons
In Latin America, seems the company is experimenting to move away from the principle-based company it used to be. New top management in the region are self agenda driven and politics making decisions borderline on the business' benefit. The career progression has almost stopped even for top performers. Work life balance does not exist, always on 24/7.

Decision making takes quite a long time and upper management out of touch with details of work. This creates significant stress on the people doing the work.
