    I have been working at Procurian full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It's a place that really grew up quickly which means that it's getting to be a larger company with its roots still as a small company. that means that you need to really know how to contribute, be visible, and lead; some strong visionaries are very willing to encourage and promote talents from within; it's your job to be out there and proactively contributing and wait for those opportunities which come up often. very involved in technology and its great to see them constantly trying to make it better

    Cons

    no formal training or certification programs or classes; you really need to learn most things on your own;

    Pros

    Growing, successful company. Smart people. The open office environment really is great, if it works for you. Technology to support your work is fine. Management is sales and client focused, which is both a plus and a minus.

    Cons

    Open office environment doesn't work for everyone. Management is focused on clients, not internal organization, which can be nice, but can also make you feel ignored.

    Pros

    Flexibility, room for professional growth and the company is still growing by leaps and bounds! There are great intra-work relationships that are essential to boosting morale at work. The company does a lot of events for the employees, and there are several sports teams that the company also supports.

    Cons

    Not all employees/managers are competent, so you sometimes have to deal with people above you that are intellectually beneath you. The company is private under an venture capital parent, so there are non-ICGC objectives financially that otherwise would make the company more enjoyable for senior management as well as the lowly analysts.

    Advice to Management

    Great efforts have been made to weed out the "dead weight" of the company. Continue, and the increased success will follow.
