I worked at Prodapt full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company was acquired by a firm from India (it was formerly Pacific Crest Inc.). They have some good project management processes in place (regular audits for example). Some of the people are great to work with.

    Cons

I never got a performance review, even though I asked for one.
The upper management of the company does not consider employee satisfaction and moral at all important.

    Advice to Management

Employees are the life blood of any corporation. Moral, feedback (through performance reviews, etc.) and training are critical investments for the company.
