I worked at Production Services Network as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You learn so much about your field work and get exposed to working in other fields that may interest you in pursuing in the future.

    Cons

Most of the times there is a lot of politics going on within the team especially in Papua New Guinea with the motive of being the person with more authority with disrespect to the superiors of associated disciplines.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that an evaluation of the teams' management is acquired about every two months to identify any friction going on within your team so as to create a friendly and successful working environment.

    Pros

good to work with PSNk, because employer takes care of their employers... Aslo provides more facilities for their employers. Excellent.
