    Pros

Benefits are great for individuals and family
    Great coworkers
    Company wide activity
    Breakfast every Friday
There's always sometime of celebrations going on which makes employees happy and in return employees performs well. Happy employees = great production= happy company . Would definitely recommend.

    Cons

Some managers had favorites which could be seen as negative thing. Treat all your employees the same. But I guess every company has one of those.

    Advice to Management

Treat all your employees the same.

    Pros

    Occasional company lunch
    Some people were good
    Training provided
    COO was okay
    Useless

    Cons

    Hourly
    Micro-management

    Advice to Management

Managers should get training on how to help employees become better instead of micromanaging their time and work. Also provide employee to grow within the company. There are no growth opportunities.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Lots of social functions to interact with coworkers

    Cons

So many politics and back biting that no matter how hard you work promotions seemed to be deemed for "friends". The environment on my team was so hostile everyone was in fear of being fired everyday so it created an atmosphere where everyone threw everyone else under the bus in attempt to save their job alittle longer. Very childish, bully type situation. Definitely at the top of the list amongst one of the most unpleasant work experiences I've ever had.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair!

    Pros

Great Place to start, This company has a CULTURE like no other. This was my first job after staying home with my little one for nearly 4 years, and I can imagine a smoother transition. Super stress free

    Cons

Pay is oh so, little, and very little room for advancement. Diverse staff but NOT so diverse among management.

    Pros

The single best thing about the company is the culture. I've been consistently impressed by it since I began working at PCCA over 6 months ago. Employees at every level within the organization are enthusiastic about the work that they do and management is committed to creating and sustaining a work environment that is positive, collaborative, and fun. There's a high level of inclusiveness and transparency, as well.

    Cons

    None really to speak of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the outstanding leadership.

    Pros

Wonderful CEO, quarterly bonus, kudos cash and fun atmosphere.

    Cons

Some managers are overworked and don't notice that co workers are not pulling their weight. Some departments play favorites and let certain employees get away with things others can't.
